"Kim is my insurance agent....good Kim is my friend...awesome. She has been my agent 7+ years I've been a State Farm customer for over 30 years now. Big insurance companies have a bad reputation...some of that is deserved. BUT Kim and her crew are the boots on the ground making the magic happen. They are the redeeming value! Just this very week Kim and crew moved heaven an earth to make certain that their client and friend was not left stranded in a bad spot. Kim is the Queen... Regal and warm Tegan is great! But don't ask her to spot you a Starbucks... Not gonna happen! Lol Rajae is a model answering phones for goodness sake! Landon is a Kentucky fan.. Stop by and make fun.. He enjoys the pity. 😂 And Miss Mary is the glue holding the operation together. You think you'll get this level of service with the 1-800-crowd? Not a chance. Thank you guys for being my safety net and my friends. I think you already know...I highly recommend!"
